Pricing questions

What counts as a channel?

A channel is one connected account — for example one X account, one LinkedIn Page or one YouTube channel. Two X accounts count as two channels.

Why does an X channel cost $10 more?

X charges for every post published through its API: $0.015 for a standard post and $0.20 for a post with a link. The extra $10 a month covers those fees, so we can keep the price of every other channel low.

What are the Free plan limits?

Each channel can have 10 posts scheduled at a time — a slot opens again as soon as a post goes out — and can send 5 posts a week. Weeks start on Monday in your workspace’s timezone. The limits apply to every platform, and X posts on Free can’t contain links. Paid plans remove the limits.

How does the X post allowance work on paid plans?

Each X channel gets a monthly allowance that resets on the 1st. A post with a link uses 14 posts of allowance, because X charges about 14 times as much for it. You can see what’s left in your billing settings.

Can I change plans or channel counts later?

Yes. Add or remove channels and switch plans any time from billing settings. Changes are prorated.

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

No. Sign up with Google and start scheduling right away.

What happens to scheduled posts if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. If you go over a limit, PostGic asks you to choose which channels stay active before the next post publishes.
