Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Postgic (“Postgic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Postgic helps teams and creators plan, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts from a single workspace. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free-trial account to abuse promotions.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or spam activity.
• Post content that violates applicable law or third-party platform rules.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or connected APIs.
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent Postgic or data obtained through the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls.

When you connect an X account, you authorize Postgic to access and use X data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy and only for features you use (such as reading your profile information and publishing scheduled posts).

By connecting X, you also agree that:

• Your use of X through Postgic is subject to the X Terms of Service, X Privacy Policy, and applicable X rules and policies.
• Your use of Postgic's X integration is subject to the X Developer Agreement and Policy.
• You will not use Postgic to store, aggregate, or distribute X content or data except as necessary to provide the Service to you, and you will not sell or license X data obtained through the Service.
• You remain solely responsible for content published to X through Postgic, including compliance with X's content, automation, and advertising policies.
• You may disconnect your X account at any time from Postgic's Accounts settings, or revoke Postgic's access from your X connected apps settings.

Postgic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. X and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

If you connect other social platforms, your use of those integrations is also subject to each platform's terms and policies. You grant Postgic only the permissions needed to provide scheduling and publishing features you request.

Paid plans, free trials, and billing terms are presented at checkout or in your account. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Postgic retains all rights in the Service, branding, and software. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Postgic a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service, including publishing to connected platforms at your direction.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTGIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS SUCH AS X.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTGIC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID POSTGIC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or third parties, or where required by law or platform policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
